How to download our app?

The application, known as “Tracknetics,” is available for download on both the iOS/Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. However, if you are using a Huawei device, please note the following:

• For Huawei devices, you can access the app through G-space from the Google Play Store.
  If you are using a Huawei device manufactured after 2021, you will need to request an APK file from us to use in conjunction with our app. Please contact us via email, and our team will provide you with the necessary assistance.
  Please be aware that “Tracknetics” is exclusively available for clients subscribed to the Tracknetics Smart Plus and Tracknetics Ultra packages. To get started, please download and install the app. For Huawei phones, you can also use the cloning feature.
• Upon installation, kindly grant the app permission to access your location and any other relevant files as required for its optimal functionality.
